Everyone deserves a groin stirring, shallow breathing, heart pounding happily ever after

About the Author

I knew I wanted to be a storyteller from a young age when instead of doodling out of boredom during class I was crafting stories of an alien from Pluto traveling the galaxy to Earth and making friends along the way. My writing journey has been much like that. It was a mistake to put my dreams aside for so long. Now I’m in my 40s pursuing my dreams and writing epic tales of magic and romance. By day I aid the wounded (I’m a nurse); by night I mold the next savior of the world (I’ve got a pretty awesome kid).

I read and write romantasy (fantasy romance) for the same reason I watch Hallmark movies: I love the safety of knowing that no matter what happens, love wins. I spent a decade hating the idea of another relationship and the headaches and heartaches that come along with them. But recently a man came into my life and rekindled the magic and hope that I have been weaving into my stories for years. (I bet he’s secretly a shapeshifting wizard.) I write stories of love that overcome the impossible, defy limitations, and defeat evil. Okay, sure, there’s magic and swords too. What’s a good love story without blood?
