Ever feel like no matter how hard you try, that dream is just out of reach? Around every corner is a new obstacle, a new failure?

Don’t look at mistakes as failure. Mistakes are learning experiences. They’re instances of what NOT to do.

Unsuccessful people want you to give up. They want you to quit. But success doesn’t happen to quitters. To give up is to fail. Great minds did not start the first fire by giving up.

Some say when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. I say, that lemonade will taste like crap without a bit of effort on your part. Add a sweetener or some additional fruit. Heck, why make lemonade when you could make a lemon tart or lemon cookies? Stop seeing opportunities with a narrow point of view. Expand your mind to all of the possibilities.

If life closes the door on an opportunity, you DO have the ability to open that door again. Stop turning your dreams into unreachable goals on the other side of opaque windows. Your dream should be as much about the journey as the destination.

Don’t live for one moment in time. Don’t reach for the sky and give up when you fall short. But also don’t reach the sky and stop, satisfied with that finality. Live life. Dream. Keep journeying onward. The adventure doesn’t stop until you give up.

Don’t give up. Keep trying.
